Took my son to get a haircut and I’m not sure if she didn’t have experience with boys hair or if she was just in a rush because they were getting busy but it ended up choppy and uneven. I’ll have to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. Wait times weren’t terrible since we checked in online.

I was a walk in and I understand there may be a longer wait than usual. I wasn’t greated and it took the stylist 15 minutes to come to the register to ask if everyone was checked in. While I was waiting during this 15 minute time period 4 more people did the online check in. The stylist told me I had over 4 people ahead of me and if they didn’t show they would get to me sooner.

I had found a good stylist in Mount Washington. I have not been able to go back to her due to her hours. They have now gone to a scheduling system online. I am not sure what the point is because I make an appointment and come in within 10 minutes after I make the appointment. I still need to wait until the others have been taken care of. I guess I will need to find some place else to go so I can see the same stylist.

I want to say that Melanie is the absolute best!!! I went to a well reviewed salon and had a terrible experience. I left crying. The woman butchered the back of my hair. I had a little over 20 minutes until great clips closed and they waited for me to get there after calling and explaining the situation. Mel did a wonderful job and was able to fix my hair to the best that anyone could with what she had. I’m so grateful for that. I left feeling confident which is how we should all feel after leaving any salon. Forever thankful!!!!!

Today our family went to all get haircuts. April, Anna and Penny did a fantastic job. April and Penny where great working together to give our 2yr old a amazing haircut. We will be back again!!!

I took my ten almost eleven year old son here today to get his hair cut. She listened to him go into detail about exactly what he wanted and tried her best and she knocked it out of the park. I never got her name but she is tall, brown short hair and extremely friendly and I highly recommend her for future cuts. She listens to what you want (even if it's a child just rambling) and does her best to deliver. This is our second time here and both times they've knocked it out of the park!
Requested style: Well we learned it was actually just an undercut! But my son's hair was really uneven and she fixed it all up and made his undercut look super spiffy! Lol
Stylist: I'm not sure her name but she is a tall, thin brunette with a short hair style and we couldn't have asked for a better person!

Rhonda was extremely rude to my husband. He suffers from scalp eczema, and she made a show of throwing away her supplies while he was still in the chair. She acted like she was going to catch something from cutting his hair. On top of that, she did not know how to do what he asked for and gave him an awful haircut. 0/5 stars from me.

The store in mtwashington is great all the staff are very friendly. And the girl i think her name is April. Did the best haircut that i have had in a long time. And she was very nice and helped me pick out some product that i really needed

I've been here twice. Both times I used the online check-in which made for a quick wait. The 1st time I was crazy nervious. I had April as my stylist an was so amazed at how quickly she understood what I wanted then delivered just that in record time for my hair. She was able to navigate 6 months of hat wearing shag that has 2 cow licks In horrible locations to give me the best haircut I've had in years. 6 weeks later I was more relaxed as I waited for April to give me my second cut. I received the same friendly smile. What amazed is she started cutting it like I'd had her cutting NY hair for years an the frie day chat does m a ke it go by quickly. P.S I ask April when is the slow times so I can be sure to get her so neither of us feel rushed. Thank you so much. I will be back. My trips were 5 stars.
