My son was in town for the weekend and had a blowout. We took it to Ken Towery's in Mt. Washington. They were having a BOGO and we got two new tires for $200. I was thrilled! They knocked it out super fast and got us back on the road! Thank you!

There was a new issue with my appointment for oil change tire rotation since there were three people who called in sick that day. The manager was very accommodating and resolved the issue and made it right. Great customer service. I will return and do recommend The Mt. Washington K.T.

Brought my vehicle in for a 10:30 AM appointment for an oil change and a tire pressure sensor. I was told by the service advisor that the technicians were way behind after I told him I would be waiting for the vehicle. After an hour my name was called, the service requested had not even begun on the vehicle and the service advisor was attempting to upsell me a brake job and new air filter. After attempting to decline additional service the advisor was pushy offering a discount on the additional service or just partial additional service rather than accept the service being declined. Additionally, neither the Service Advisor or the provided itemized receipt addressed the dash lights for my ABS or traction control which were not illuminated prior to the service. After having the codes read they appeared to be tripped by the programming of the TPMS and we're not cleared by technician prior to finalizing service. The last issue o had was the greasy fingerprints that were left on my door which I have included in pictures listed below. It doesn't take significant effort to clean up after oneself while working on someone else's vehicle. I am unlikely to return to this location for future service.
Updating to drop them a star. Went to change out my brakes on my own. They stripped out my lug nuts so I can't get them off and now have to replace 4 tires worth of lug nuts. I have gone from "unlikely to return" to "Actively telling everyone I know to avoid this location." I am extremely upset with how my service with this company has gone.

Got 4 new tires the tires seem to be holding up good. The problem was none of the tires were inflated properly and my check tire pressure system light hasn't went off since my visit even after filling each tire up to the psi it's supposed to have guessing the valve stem psi reader was broken and I'll be responsible for that as well. Will probably go somewhere else for my next set.
