I had a delivery order on Dec. 21st 2021 and it never was delivered, called and was told to call Instacart, when I called instacart "same day" not only did their shopper show substitutes for most of my order, but the substitute items had nothing to do with the items I ordered. The associate I talked to said the shopper messed up every one of the orders that day, and the shopper would show delivered, but the GPS showed they were still at the store and their phone went straight to voice mail. So sad. Kroger was to refund my money, but now 15 days at least/hopefully before I get money back from order I was charged for what I never received. Yesterday when I went to pick up an order, I was told it wouldn't be ready for another 1.5 hrs. Even though I was there to pick up during the pick up window. The guy/ Assoc. Said they were short in other departments, but not pick up, and even thought they have employees standing by, but as long as manager can do it they won't call anyone in and those employees on standby won't work in the area's they need them most. Worst Kroger ever!! I've always been a Kroger fan. Stop using Covid as an excuse!

It would have been helpful to have had some bags set up in the self checkout today, instead of watching the female employee twirl her lanyard around just standing there... I literally had to do her job for her. This is sometimes a problem at the store in particular. I realize they don't have enough cashiers to check people out but at least have the self cash out ready prepared and sanitized after everyone.

My son is chronically ill so I have been using Clicklist during the flu season so we don’t risk picking up germs. In the last month, I have received items with the seal broken and expired items every single trip. I have had to come back to Kroger every single week. And guess what, I also find my out of stock items right there on the shelf. I do not know what is going on with the Clicklist department, but I hope you get it together soon. I sent my husband back with items tonig

The rotisserie chickens were uncooked so I went to a different Kroger store that actually finishes cooking them, the female cashier was super friendly with the male customer in front of me and practically ignored me and the lady behind me. I guess I needed to be a man in order to be treated that way!

I'm on here to say I am pretty much over the "new and improved " Kroger. They have now gotten rid of there small items check out lane that either forces you to use the self checkout or stand in long lines. The isles are impossible to get up and down because they made them narrower and you have to deal with the larger carts for employees to pick out other people's grocery. I have found over the last 6 months I am so stressed by the time I get out of there. I have decided today to start going to Mejiers it's a lot more inconvenient but the store atmosphere will be so much better. Good bye Kroger.
