Well, it is a nice Kroger in our small town and they do a pretty good job. The store is typically clean and the folks are helpful and knowledgeable. I wish the prices would stop climbing, but so does everyone. Nice store, great location. We go here all the time.

I moved to mt Washington and unfortunately there is only kroger. If there were more options I don’t think they would be pulling the things they do. Yes I agree with the scam sales. I have had to go into store several times because the pickup sales I didn’t get or they are constantly out of things . Also I am tired of basic foods being for delivery only. What is the point in pickup if you still have to go inside the store just to find that they are out of stock anyway because it is for delivery. Kroger you are a GROCERY STORE supply your food for EVERYONE!

Misleading and bad service. Strawberry acai doesn't have any noticable acai. On top of that they couldn't do a refund. Paid for a drink that went to the trash.

I'm a regular shopper and absolutely love sales to a point where I will calculate everything to the penny. Today 4/3/25 @ 12:06pm checkout time. I went and picked up Krogers brand French vanilla coffee $4.04 with a sale price at $0.50 off with additional $0.45 discount, Krogers French vanilla creamer $2.51 with a sale saving of $0.20 with additional $0.28 discount, Glad trash bags at $6.49 on sale price 3 items with a tax of$0.39 total came up to $13.43? I wasn't paying attention when I paid it and for some reason I felt like that was off because it said I saved $1.43 today and started calculating the number and realized it was supposed to me at exactly $12 and no more. why was I paying $13.43? why would kroger lie and say I'm saving $1.43 when it actually sold at the original price, taking back the sale prices. so, is it a scam. I'm so ashamed of this Kroger for using sale prices to scam people. I hope this reaches out to people so that they are aware of what's happening here. I can't possibly fothem to imagine how many people this has happened to and how much money Kroger is making off people with a scamming sale price! SHAME ON YOU KROGER! I will continue to keep checking and informing all people of Mount Washington to be aware of checking their receipt because they might be losing money!

Scaned their little bar code. Then it takes me to my account. I could clip my items but only for pick up. I cleared it still couldn't get it to work. The 18 year old at the self checkout couldn't figure it out, so I just told them to put it back. If you're going to have a sale make it accessible. You shouldn't need a whole store employees on the case to figure it out. I'll just shop at Value Market and Walmart. No hoops to jump through and whats this new $100 membership that kroger offers. Just another way to rip you off.

The meat department isn't paying attention to expiration dates. They're leaving the freezers on a high temperature or it is malfunctioning and they don't do anything to fix it. This needs to be fixed before someone gets sick.

Workers macy and trenton or something were joking about people taking fentanyl in front of me and my husband. Very sensitive topic to be joking about in front of customers and they were being so loud about it too. Pretty insensitive if you ask me

Went to Kroger at 6:30 pm and they proceed to tell me that customer service is closed and then the little blonde girl decides to get loud and be rude with me for asking why I can’t get a check cashed when it’s 6:30 and I can spot 30 other workers manager etc so I’m lost to why it’s closed ???

While shopping today, I needed help in the Bakery, I spotted a young man, Ryan, who works in the meat department. He quickly stopped what he was doing and assistant in opening a box to get out one item I needed. Then a few minutes later, I needed a price on a turkey…he was getting ready to do something else, when I called his name and again, he stopped what he was doing and took the time to weigh and price the turkey for me. During this holiday season, the workers are very busy, and they have things to do. It’s not every day that you find this level of service from the younger workers. I appreciated him today, told an assistant manager and wanted to share this review. Thanks to Ryan at the Mt Washington Kroger. Keep up the great service and all you do!

Would be a 5⭐ IF they ever had more than ONE cashier after the evening rush... Once I was in line with SEVENTEEN OTHER PEOPLE!! FFS!
Complained to management, but their hands are tied by Corporate! 🤬 (who needs to reevaluate their damned algorithms!)
Plus they NEVER have enough baggers, these poor cashiers have to check AND bag most of the time! I'm buying my own bags, don't wana be bagging my own groceries w/o getting paid!
Other than that, great selection and wonderfully clean store.
