Love all the staff! Madi has been doing my hair and my goals have been more than achieved as well as my confidence has blossomed. The vibe is very soothing inside and the owner is so kind. They answer any question you have and find a solution for all your needs. So grateful I found this lovely salon and canât wait for the next visit.

I got both Low and High lights done by Madi. I love this play so much! I have never got my hair professionally done but this definitely changed that! Madi is a great person sheâs really kind and makes sure you love whatever you ask for and get what you want! My before and After

Love this salon. If you want great color and conversation I highly recommend Hannah! Our girl Chandler isnât there anymore and this broke my daughters and my heart but Hannah is quickly winning us over.

Update: per the Owner's comment to my post, I called and spoke with the Owner to to discuss the situation that had occurred and inform her who the stylist was that messed up my daughter's hair. Additionally, pointed out that the owner was actually present on the day it occurred and even came over to offer "some" help but, not really. The owner sounded perturbed and uninterested on the phone but, said she would get with the stylist and call me back... I never heard back from the owner.

My daughter went here to get all over highlights. Worst hair experience for her ever!!! The woman had no idea what she was doing with my daughterâs hair. We were there for 6 hours with her trying to correct what she messed up. She was going to send my daughter to college with yellow brassy hair⌠I refused to leave until it was corrected. She even admitted that she was struggling. My daughter has gotten highlights done at Teaz in Louisville and Faith in Bardstown. Both those salons did a great job and I would recommend them. We wanted to try a salon closer to home and my daughter had her hair done here for prom. The updo looked good and that is why my daughter went back for highlights. That was a huge mistake! We are 6 months out and her hair has not recovered⌠That is what brought me here to leave this review. I donât like leaving bad reviews for places but, 6 months later she is still âtraumatizedâ by the experience.
Additionally, I paid the full, overpriced rate for my daughterâs highlightsâŚ. The most Iâve ever paid⌠for it to be the WORST highlights and hair experience she has ever had. Her hair has NOT recovered.

They took me in without an appointment the day before Christmas Eve. The place is large and beautifully fitted out. Everyone was extremely professional. And my hairdresser, Whitney, was the best and gave me the most beautiful cut I have had in years. It is a hidden gem in Mount Washington and you need to go!

Wife was amazed, stylist was very nice and very professional. We are going to make this her go to place.Itâs a bit more expensive, but worth every dime. They arenât snooty like the other places. That happy hippy salon actually ripped us off , but LULUS ( non-affiliated) was right there to FIX EVERYTHING!!!!love this place!

Abby marshall did my hair and I absolutely loved it. Iâm not one for wavy curls but she did it and it was awesome. I told her take off whatever you think would look good and she made it awesome. Price was way affordable too! Will definitely go back! Thanks Abby!Services: Haircut

I sat for 25 minutes after being told by Callie, I need to wash out a cap it will take a few minutes. Callie looked very displeased when I arrived and she saw I was assigned to her (facial expression was disgust). I said, I am with someone because Whitney is away. She said yeah, thatâs me! I heard conversations and laughing from the back room. Three stylists were there. One person left after service. Two others asked if I was being helped and I said yes. I was the only client. I had a 3pm appointment - not a walk in. I will never go back! I believe her intent was to ignore me so I would leave.
