Took my car to have the exhaust reworked from where a prior exhaust shop had completely done it wrong. James answered the phone and worked it out to get my car to his shop a day earlier than I was expecting. The whole staff seemed very nice and professional, and james did an amazing job re-doing the exhaust. Everything was symmetrical and appeared to be to perfection. He also texted me numerous times about other issues he knew of or came across along with pictures while working on the exhaust BUT never pushed or shoved to try and correct for more money. I will definitely start taking my vehicles with jobs I don't have tools for or cannot perform to them. Only downfall of the shop is the gravel drive getting to the shop is dusty, but nothing a automatic car wash can't take care of after leaving.

I had an issue with my vehicle, and from the point of contact to when I picked up my vehicle, I had nothing less than perfect customer service. I was greeted not only on the phone by respect, but as I arrived as well. The whole fixing process was explained to me in great detail and was given options on what needed to be done to tailor my budget. I will absolutely be seeing them soon.
