“Ryan my installer was amazing. He called me in the morning and gave me a window of when he might be there even though the person who dispatched him said this was impossible. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He ran into a couple issues on my install and handled it like a pro. I haven't been with Ferrellgas long enough to give a thorough review of their services but I was very pleased with the install. If I could recommend anything to them regarding the install process I would suggest that what happened me (Ryan calling in the morning to give me a heads up) should happen to everyone. An 8-4 window for an install is tough for a working person who may still need to take the day off of work, but could also get some other personal business handled during that valuable week day off.”

I had a luxury vehicle that was low in the front, they found wood planks & other objects that were able to be used to safely get my car onto the ramp without causing damage.
