We initially contacted Service 1st to check pricing after our previous insurance company increased our rates significantly. Phyllis provided us with excellent service as well as helped us to save money. Because of her diligence in providing us with good coverage, we received a very good settlement amount when my car was recently totalled in an accident. Erie Insurance was excellent in helping us every step of the way after the accident. My husband and I are thankful we switched and grateful to work with people who care about providing good service for their customers. Thank you, Phyllis and John!

We had a wonderful experience with John introducing us to his products of home and auto insurance. Our policy with Service 1st is going to save us a lot on our insurance premium and is upgrading our benefits!! That’s a plus to us. Hopefully we won’t have to make a claim but if we do, I feel like we are in a good place ?
