Stopped by after discovering a screw impaled my tire. Terry was at the front desk and was incredibly kind. I was expecting a much higher price (was extremely reasonable) and longer time needed; was extremely surprised and happy to find we were in and out in under 10 minutes. The guy who fixed our tire (didn’t catch his name, had dreads) was also wonderfully kind. Everyone was so relaxed and positive, which always makes difficult/frustrating things lighter and less impactful; I’m thankful we came here and got to work with the folks we did. I didn’t know they also perform other services, so I will be back and will recommend this location to all our friends and family. Thank you, guys!

YAY my Mazda is all fixed. Went in today after leaving work early, Terry and his team got me in and out in less than 35 minutes. Super nice and so quick. What started as a flat tire, ended up good as new. Thanks Team ? I will definitely be back!!!

Watch your charges before swiping your card! I had an appointment for an oil change. They had me initial and sign the paper showing work to be done and the cost. After at least 90 minutes of waiting on my truck, I looked around and noticed that my truck was sitting outside in a different spot than I had parked. So, obviously, they were done with it, but no one bothered to let me know. I have no idea how long it was ready.
I go to pay, and the guy says I can swipe my card. After I swiped, I noticed the cost was a lot more than the amount on the paper I had signed. When I questioned the amount, the man looked at the paperwork and said they had to replace my drain plug. No one bothered to say anything. They just put it on there. At this point, I was just ready to be out of there, so I didn't argue.
I had also asked for a price on another service when I checked in. The man said someone else would have to get the price for that. No one ever did, but I won't be back, anyway.
