We go here quite often. Our son loves this place, he likes to see the baby chick's. The gasoline i buy is always in stock and the store is always clean. I am always greeted when we walk into the building. Cool store with lots of cool things. Prices are a little high but everything is of good quality. Definitely an awesome store.

Like 3 weeks ago I bought 6 new chicks so I could add some hens to my flock sense their limit is six. Even tho their all marked pullets so I should have only gotten Pullets. 5 out of 6 are roosters. So now I’m gonna be stuck with 5 boys I have absolutely nothing to do with. It’s false advertisement I would have never spent that kind of money for 5 roosters. I will be calling in the morning to speak with them about this hopefully they will make it right if so I’ll delete my review. I either want my money back or new chicks.

Best customer service experience I’ve had in store in a long time. There was a gentleman outside that puts together the lawnmowers and answered our questions when selecting one, then they made it very easy financing part of it on a card at checkout and part in cash and coordinated easy delivery. Friendly and helpful.

I bought a tiller from here and got it home and it would not start so I took it back to swap it out and when I brought the 2nd one home of the same brand it wouldn't start either so I took it back. The employee couldn't get them to start either. They are told to leave them outside so rain must have got to them because rusty water was coming out where air filter is located. Being the price was good later on that night I ordered one online figuring I would get a new one in the box but no. Instead I got the 2nd one I returned the day prior from a door dash delivery. Whoever owns this particular tractor supply should be doing something to keep these machines out of the rain. I don't put this on the employees. I put this on whoever makes the call to leave these brand new machines in the weather. I bought the same exact tiller today from ACE hardware and it fired right up because it of course hadn't been left in the weather. Awful experience.

I'm a frequent flyer at Tractor Supply Mount Washington Kentucky I spent quite a bit of money there for my farm and for my home and I know the employees pretty good and most of them have been very friendly for years and still are I really enjoy going in there most of the time tonight was especially wonderful Pamela and Matt they're the older crowd and I love them to death they're both very friendly very outgoing and so helpful Matt is one of a kind he has the greatest sense of humor and he does not hesitate to help or acknowledge that I need help with a certain products and information about it and he takes it upon himself to always load my truck see in the fact that right now I have a little bit of a disability and I never have to ask him even if he's super busy he takes the time to do it and sweet Pamela she is so wonderful and she also doesn't hesitate to help herself and she will pick up a bag of fees like it ain't nothing love her heart anyway the reason for this review is that just because you have one experience in a store that doesn't mean they're always going to be a bad experience but tonight was 100% a five star if I could give it a 20 star I would thank you Pamela and Matt forgive me such a wonderful night laughter and just good talk conversation while I was in check out and throughout the store shopping you always make it worse my visit into Tractor Supply Mount Washington Kentucky

2 years in a row they sell out of tomato cages early in the growing season and when asked if they will get more in I get a shrug. Not to mention how often they are out of popular brands of dog and cat food. And they hardly ever carry products specifically for sheep.

We purchased a can of turefule 40-1
When we got the can home it would not open so we had to spend our time and gas money to return the item and exchange which I know wasn't the fault of tractor supply but they should of gave us a small discount on the item . The lady was extremely nice that check us out.
