My wife waited through the line in the drive through for an extended period of time before finally being served. Once served she just wanted to get some Sudafed for me. None of the Sudafed would scan in their system so they asked her to go inside with the promise she would not have to wait in line again. She gets inside and in the short period of time it took to park and go inside the employee completely forgot everything and expected her to wait in line to get it again. Incompetence at it's highest!

I had a problem with the Walgreens Pharmacy. The pharmacy manager and the general manager did an absolutely wonderful job resolving the issue. Even though I was pissed off, they handled me with the utmost professionalism. Thanks

I was in the store picking up a medication. While I was waiting, the young man working the drive thru said something way out of line about the woman in the drive thru that he was waiting on. He basically said that nothing bugs him more than someone wearing designer sunglasses and driving a car with leather seats then handing him a medicaid card. I felt offended for this woman! She didn't hear him but people in the pharmacy area did. He has no clue! Maybe the car wasn't hers. Maybe her sunglasses were copies. Maybe the car was hers and maybe they really were designer glasses. Who is he to judge someone else's circumstances. Maybe I'm just being sensitive today, but those opinions should be kept to himself.

At 9:55 PM, the store manager literally ran to close the door in my face as soon as he saw me. Your posted hours say you’re open until 10 PM, but it’s clear you’re not accepting customers before that time. I wasted my time driving to Walgreens, trusting your posted schedule, only to be turned away. If you’re going to close early, you need to update your store hours so customers aren’t misled

So tired of calling this pharmacy and getting attitude from almost everyone who answers the phone. I have lost count of the times I’ve been interrupted mid sentence, just to have to repeat myself or call back afterwards because they wouldn’t listen to me the first time. They are typically always out of stock on at least one of my meds and it usually takes much longer for them to get them back in stock than they say it will. I understand that can be out of their control, but they should be upfront and inform customers of a realistic timeline on how long it’ll be before the medication is there so that we can send it somewhere else if needed.

Long wait time for medicine aside, they were extremely rude. We used this pharmacy instead of our normal pharmacy because it was closed today. We’ve never had a separate prescription plan for our medicine, it’s included in our medical plan, and have never had a problem when giving other pharmacies our insurance information. This time they kept asking for other information that we’ve never had to give before or even have access to instead of just trying to process our insurance. We learned from another pharmacist on staff that they could have processed it and looked up the information they needed. They just didn’t. We walked away with $200+ of medicine that should have costed us $50 max because they didn’t want to process our insurance that they themselves said that they accept. Will never be going back.

Wasted 45 minutes of my time tonight waiting on a SCHEDULED Covid vaccine. All while my husband and baby were waiting in the car. Took someone with three shots before me and asked me to come back tomorrow. Literally ridiculous.

Wish I could give zero stars… no one I spoke to in line seemed to have a good experience either… Absolutely should not take 5 hours to fill a prescription…. It’s not like the medicine is made right there in Walgreens.?
