did not have a very professional experience at all at the Muldraugh location walked in and almost all of them had a vape on their desk out in the open and was setting there for about 15min waiting on a report to come back and listened to three sales men talk about a women’s keister that was also trying to buy a car very inappropriate

His website is a joke, the vehicles are extremely over priced, and they make business preying on ppl backed into a corner and don't have any idea what they're doing.

They wanted to run my credit, which is understandable for a loan, I did not have a problem with that....
What I did have a problem with was, as my daughter sitting next to me as my witness I asked him how many times are you going to run my credit They said no more than two times, I said okay but that's it though no more than two times, And he said no problem...... Six inquiries on my credit report from them on that day.... If they lie about that what else do they lie about?
Also you can never find any pricing that's shady in my opinion....
And why do they need all my information on their website to look at their inventory....
Seems like there's way too much deception or potential for deception for my liking....

Captain Clay was so kind,
but professional, a real good person all the way around.
He wouldn't stop working to find a truck for us. With that being said, neither me nor my husband has good credit. Our credit reports was bad. But that didn't stop Captain Clay to save the day for us.

Tyler and Jeremy were amazing. This was my second time buying a car and they did not disappoint. I didn’t think with my income and nonexistent credit I’d be able to get into anything but I am absolutely in love with my Chevy Spark! 10/10 Would recommend going to the Muldraugh location. They will do everything in their power to help you out!
