“Store in an older strip mall, so looked beat up and the interior wasn't very inviting. Self check register wasn't operational. Cashier employee was quick, and kind to everyone in line.
But only place around that had the specific ice cream that my teen-aged son wanted for his birthday.”
“Wonderful store and employees .. The young man that works there I believe is an assistant Manager is very helpful always greets us coming in and is ready to help. These places need more workers like that. ?”
“It's a nice clean store and very organized but you need the app to get coupons for certain products and there's no cellphone signal so clip your digital coupons before you walk in.”
“I just have to say that it's nice to be greeted when you walk in the door and to be treated with the utmost courtesy when checking out. The gentleman behind the counter this evening was exceptional and I'll definitely shop here again!”
“I LOVE going to the Radcliff Dollar Tree especially during the holidays! They try to make sure they have everything out on the shelves instead of stacked up in boxes taking up space for people to shop! They are helpful the staff are pleasant Night Shift staff are great as well as the dayshift I like coming in there. They work so hard!”
“I don't usually leave reviews, but felt Stacey deserved one. I had to stop in real quick to grab something and while in line to checkout there was a gentleman who was having a very hard time figuring out his pin for his payment and was having issues on his phone. The cashier was very professional, patient and empathetic with him. She worked with him and his phone and ultimately helped him figure it all out. He was able to pay for his items after a while. I think it is important to point out because kindness is one of the things we are generally missing in retail/customer service as a whole.
So bravo for showing that young man that his business mattered even though it took extra steps ?”
“Kristine was so great! My first time in the area and I always get lost in stores but she walked me around and helped me get everything I needed. She’s such a great asset to the team!”
“I usually have my roommate go for me, because she visits a few times a day anyway. They serve you right up til closing @10pm..Alot of us that live close by, run in @ last minute. The ladies are helpful and friendly, but hurry after a long evening's work to get out, but do so in the kindest way...its a very comfy, country atmosphere.I highly recommend ..:) :)”
“This Dollar General makes shopping easy with a vast inventory of quality name Brand products large parking lot as well as a fuel station and hardware store conveniently located in Radcliff Kentucky...”
“One of the cleanest, most organized Dollar stores that I have ever visited! The ladies, employees, who work in the store are some of the friendliest people that I've dealt with!”
“Dollar General #11093 is the best DG around. The employees care about how the store looks, they care how comfortable the customers feel when they come to shop!!I don't shop any other DG.”
“Love all the dollar general stores. Every one wants them to add a bigger selection of foods. I think they have everything alot cheaper than other stores and that means alot these days.”
