“Very large selection and clean trucks. Include a snow removal brush during winter months in areas subject to snow. Have a side step up added to some trucks and add as option for making reservations. Short people have a hard time getting in driver side as single step on truck (15’) . (I.e. i have 2 knee replacements and have week knees. I actually strained my knee trying to get into truck. Not a negative on the dealer but uhaul in general may improve their products this way.”

In general when deciding to rent a truck or hire moving company Penske won hands down with price, pay only for gas not miles, 24/7 roadside assist included and was the only company to ensure that the truck we wanted would be at that location. Everyone we talked with at Penske knew their stuff, they locked in a price for 6 months and were excellent at communicating, a week before, then again the weekend before and by text to make sure that we were good to go.
