The Munfordville Kentucky location of ACE Hardware feels like the old school Ace Hardware that I'm used to I was greeted by Sue and a gentleman when I came in at 7:30 a.m. I was able to get everything I needed within 20 minutes answers to all my questions. I was out the door I will shop here again.

I have been going to the Ace store for years and have been very happy with it... Was in the store last Friday and asked a question about warranty service and was given some smart a$$ answers and was plain rude and unprofessional.

I'm disabled asked for help the girl said we have it let me get this customer then another and another called for help and he took another person 😠had to have my brother come wait because my back was giving out. I'll never go there again

WOW, Ace hardware in Munfordville consistently goes above and beyond. The employees are very knowledgeable and so very helpful. We have had emergencies with plumbing and each time the employees have went above and beyond to not only help us but ensure we have exactly what we need. Yesterday I went to Ace and the employees were able to help and my project was completed. At the register I spotted Black Rifle coffee, made in the USA and a Veteran own company. Made a pot this morning and wow!!! The coffee is the real deal! It tastes like the great coffee I used to drink and I can only find it at Ace. Look for it your next visit and do yourself a favor and choose some of the amazing flavors of Black Rifle they have at the counter. It is slightly more expensive, but one cup will get your taste buds satisfied and you will be so happy you got some. Thanks Ace for providing customers such high quality products and services. Ace is a huge part of this community and I am so thankful for all your services!

They tell you they have something in stock and I went right on down there 10 minutes away and they do not have. These kids they have working need to go look and make sure they have it. Will not go back to Ace.
