The Murray Ky store is hands down the best store to shop for furniture. Seriously tho, hospitality is above & beyond and they’re all very helpful from the time you first walk in all the way down to when they’re loading it up for you. Highly recommend!

Listen- go see Hannah. She has bent over backwards to find us exactly what we want. She even has answered my questions late and worked hard to get us an amazing deal. We are so glad she's been our person for our purchase!

I appreciate Sam at this location helping me find the couch I was looking for. She worked with me for about 3 weeks searching and finding the right fit. Not only that … She helped get a prompt delivery to my house the same week around my schedule. I’ve been once before years ago and they always help me find just what I’m looking for every time I go.

I just moved from New York to kentucky. When I lived in New York I visited a couple of Ashley furniture stores and never bought anything. I drove by Ashley in Murray many times and said out loud I am not going there for furniture. I am the kind of person that no matter the price, if the person isn't nice I will not give them my money. I went to a furniture store up the street from Ashley and the guy was cold as ice. I said ok I will walk in Ashley and see what happens. I was flored by a girl named Hannah. She is new and when she needed assistance she asked her trainer Stacy. I was in the store mabey 15 minutes and bought a couch and 2 recliners and a bed. Hannah called to set up delivery and I have a meeting with her Saturday to pick out a dresser and bunk beds. I am someone who hates shopping unless I am shopping for someone else. They were not only professional, helpful, and courteous, but they found ways to save me money that I did not know existed. After I remodel my basement I will be back to see Hannah. I being in customer service mgmt for 30yrs I know it takes a special breed of person to survive and prosper in retail and I hope that Ashley mgmt in murray kentucky knows that Hannah and Stacy are keeper's and treat them as good as they treat there customers. Sometimes in retail mgmt forgets there business is not successful without a good staff. Ashley furniture in Murray kentucky is the only store I will buy my furniture even if it costs more than another store. I even purchased a warranty and I NEVER do that. Thank you Hannah and Stacy for helping me furnish my new home. ❤️

We visited the Murray store in December to purchase a bed frame. Sydney Kelso was very helpful at helping us find what we needed to fit perfectly in our home and was super friendly as well. Highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs and this floor associate as well!

This is an awful store that will lock customers with financing and then will not close the agreement with the financing company once payments are made. I paid in full, beyond the amount of financing, because of additional purchases. I was told that I owed no more money, including the financing company. However koalifi continues to make withdrawals from my bank account. This financing company has very bad reviews with the BBB. Many customers complain of inflated charges, unauthorized withdrawals after full payment, and reporting to credit bureaus of false information. After a customer pays off the balance, the store staff should send the paperwork to the financing company, per store policy. However, this store will not assist me in closing the matter. I am expected to deal with koalifi myself now. It appears that I will end up paying much more for items that were discontinued and/or discounted. This matter will be reported if koalafi continues to make withdrawals and/or sends false info to credit bureaus after all is concluded. Unfortunately, this store lost a customer.
