The Doctor and staff were very attentive and explained my situation very well. I also appreciate the fact that I can make arrangement to make payments because the procedure I am going to go through is intense and going to be extremely expensive. There is also medication that no insurance will help with at all and is $81.00 per tooth (and I have over 800) to be attended to and this is very concerning to me because I am Disability and it is below poverty level.I want t take care of my dental conditions but the cost is overwhelming. I am thankful to have a staff that works with me. However I am concerned about the expenses.

The only friendly person was the dentist himself. They are not personable at all. I've never been asked to pat a dentist before they did anything. I feel they're more worried about getting money than taking care of the patient. The teeth I received are not worth what I paid for them. I spent all my money here so now I can't afford to go anywhere else.

I had a dental emergency. The most professional, the most patient, the most wonderful and the most very kind Dentist agreed to see me without any exception and without an appointment. He took excellent care of my broken tooth. I left without pain, without stress of being at the dentist and without feeling as if I were another number. The staff also is so very kind and professional. I have scheduled the remainder of my dental procedures through Aspen. I am in excellent care.

These people are absolutely amazing! They are so easy to work with and so willing to help. I went for around 20 years with my smile being taken from me. I was a victim of domestic violence back then. But now I can put it all behind me and let The healing begin because they gave me back my smile.

Friendly staff. Professional all around.Extremely disappointed as they could not do a tooth extraction today. Tooth cutting into my tongue and difficult to eat or drink and I need to drink liquids because of a kidney situation. Doctor saw tooth hitting tongue and acknowledged it. Couldn't squeeze me in because of so many patients. Did get an appointment for a few days later but still disappointed as I am in pain.

These people are horrible and greedy. My mother went to them only needing a broken tooth pulled and she was there for two hours, they tried talking her into signing a contract to pull all of her teeth and give her dentures for $9,000 they wanted her credit information and score. She told them "All I want is for you to pull this tooth how much will that cost?" She was ready to pay the $106 to have that tooth pulled but they said it was infected so they wrote her a prescription for an antibiotic said once the infect is gone we will pull the tooth. Come to find out she is allergic to the antibiotic, she called the office to have them call in something different. They never did and they won't call back. I guess the moment Aspen Dental realized they weren't going to get $9,000 out of my mom they wrote her off.

I went for my new patient evaluation and they were also able to get me in for my cleaning the same day. Pleasant people, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

A last minute appointment was made for same day. I arrived for my appointment on time, I did have a bit of a wait. The receptionist was very pleasant as was the X-ray technician. The X-ray technician was very gentle and concerned regarding my pain. The DR (Chris) was also very gentle and explained my options and made me feel very comfortable. I had a very good experience with Aspen of Murray.

Salvation. I waited too long and developed a tooth problem.As a first time patient, registration, testing, and the visit with doctor was smooth and new, new, new modern equipment.All the staff were nice and confident about their work.Great referral information for periodontist.I got lucky and landed on a good square with a great dentist Dr. G.Very Happy.

Please to save yourself, time, money, and piece of mind, do not go to the Aspen dental in Murray Ky. They have terrible communication, for procedures and process. Please please do your self and your family a favor and do not go here. Other Aspen Dentals are great, but not this one

Went there with a bad tooth they did all there checks looked at by 3 people and said must of hit a nerve.tooth was fine. But 46 hrs later that tooth fell outI wouldn't recommend

The lady that had looked at my teeth had already told me I had been busy when I mentioned to her the ages of my daughters while I was trying to make small talk but to top it off...they give me a call back the next day telling me how much it would be to get my teeth clean for they plan they chose...135 dollars of it would be my tooth brush...I say can I buy my own....she say well I hope you wouldn't go and get a dora explore one......I let her have that because I'm not going to be rude but I'll never go back ...the doctor was very kind and I appreciate him...

Today we are not happy with Aspen. Made my husband an appointment. They schediled it for July 3rd. I said wont you be closed? Nope we are open. NO ASPEN WASTED OUR GAS AS WE LIVE AN HOUR AWAY AND WBERE NOT OPEN. NOT HAPPY
