When I left the ATT store neither my old phone nor my new phone would work. The representative (Christian) assured me before we made the transaction he could transfer from old phone to new phone. When issue's arose, he refused to solve the issues.
I went to the ATT store to receive help transferring from old to new. That didn't happen. I should have ordered online which had better deals, but I wanted to receive help with the transfer. I could have gotten the Bluetooth Raban glasses online, which wasn't offered in the store.
