“.y daughter's car was involved in an accident, and was towed to Parkers Fird Company for repair, I spoke with the repair services personnel and I was greatly appreciated about the insurance that was given me and the updates that I received from the Body Shop, they completed the services, and i was very appreciated with the outcome of the repair. They did a wonderful job on my daughter's vehicle, and I appreciate the attention and time given to repair her vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Best of the best. Short notice, needed tail pipes replaced before having to head to Nashville. They said show up around noon on Thursday and they would fit me in. We arrived, within fifteen minutes they started work. Within a hour they were done. Excellent work, good communication, enjoyed talking and visiting with them and the other customers were awesome to talk with. If I need word done that I can't accomplish I'll return to them.”

When other mechanics were giving her the runaround and not helping, Chris jumped in and made time for her car repairs so she could come home for the holidays. Not only was he kind, honest and professional, but his work was quick and repaired an ongoing issue other mechanics couldn’t fix. He also uses an online system, providing detailed estimates and allows you to pay online. This was especially helpful for a parent out of state trying to help her daughter fix her car.
