“If you need tires, and especially if you are a single female, I highly recommend Warehouse Tire! I've had two vehicles that have needed tires and went to Warehouse both times. He doesn't try to "pull a quick one" or fool you for more money. Very honest and trustworthy.My particular experience - just bought a new vehicle and was told that the tires were dry rotted. Had Warehouse check them out, and he -told me how long I could go if I didn't want to get them immediately. Today,I mentioned I'd be coming in on my lunch hour, and he was very respectful of that time.All around good people, good tires.”

“The only place I'm aware of in Calloway County that can mill cylinder heads, and also who carries plastigage for measure bearing clearance on a crankshaft... Although these are the only things I have been there for, I am sure that there are many other parts or services that they are exclusive providers for in this area. There is a 2-3 week return on head milling usually, but I was in and out for the plastigage.”

“A while back. I reviewed ya service, and placed high marks for service rendered. Unfortunately thlngs changed over time. The manager in the service department was non- professional at his performance, I ended up having to go through a lot of anxiety concerning the loaning of vehicles, Ya loan me a vehicle (2017 Dodge Pacific) that had no papers in the vehicle, it broke down on me in Memphis TN, I spent a whole day trying to get the vehicle fixed, b cause I had no papers, I ended up leaving I in Memphis. When I returned to David Taylor in Murray The service manager treated me like I was st fault for the problem. Wouldn't let me have another vehicle. ( Said no two vehicles on same contact.) Not Cool. I ask to see any papers on vehicle, No deal said manager. (PS) Lot more to the harassment.”

“If honesty is something you're looking for, Randy at Max's is the man to see. I just left there after setting up a break change appointment. I heard a little squeak and wanted it have it fixed before causing any more problems. He checked my car out and informed me, I had a lot of life left on my break pads and the squeak could be just from dust or groves, which my car has! I appreciate him saving me money on something that didn't need replacing when he could of easily done them and I'd be none the wiser and still have hear that little squeak! Thank you, Randy!”

This shop truly went above and beyond to assist us when we found ourselves in a challenging situation.We were faced with a predicament during our trip to camp, as the hub on the front driver wheel of one of our 15-passenger vans decided to malfunction. “Dare I say it, BB's auto made a flat tire convenient! A flat tire is always unexpected and left me and my infant daughter stranded right outside this repair shop. My husband came and swapped out cars with me so we could get home and while he was changing the tire to the spare to just get our jeep home so we could take it in during the week (did I mention this all happened on a Sunday), Bryan was driving by, changed the tire for my husband, gave him a lift back home after he dropped the jeep off at the shop, and by Tuesday morning we had 4 new tires, a spare, the sensors that have never worked on my jeep were fixed, AND my breaks replaced since they were getting a little worn. Great service, great people, timely turnaround, competitive pricing.”

“I'm visiting from California and my light came on for the tire pressure. I didn't know where to go so I looked at reviews. I chose Economy Tires to do my repair because of the reviews and the location. They did a wonderful job. They found a nail in my front tire and plugged it up. They couldn't remove my tire because I had a lock on it and didn't have the tool, but he put soap and water on the tire looking for the leak. He found it easily and I was out of there quickly and it was only $10! I felt so badly for them working in this heat that I gave them a nice tip for their services. I wouldn't hesitate to go to these gentlemen to fix your tires. They took good care of me and were very honest.”

“Fantastic experience. Could not have gone better.I sent a message on Facebook, it was answered that same day. I had an appointment booked in 2 days. I asked when, so I could take off work, Chris said "no need, I can come pick it up and drop it back off". That's customer service.He gave me updates as he did a diagnostic. He found that it was a more simple fix than what we initially thought.... he did not price gouge or try to fix things that didn't need fixing. He did not charge me a silly hourly rate. It was about 1/3 of the price I thought I would pay, and what some places definitely would charge.Very transparent, very accommodating, explained things well and delivered my truck working better than ever hours later. Highly recommend, and would, and will, use him again for any future repairs or maintenance!”
