“I believe his name was Derek but Tessa helped check me out and when she saw the tail lights asked if I needed help with replacing them. I said yes because I don't know how to do it. She went to the mechanic area and asked the guys if they could squeeze replacing my tail light out after their customer. So thank you Tessa! Derek came to my car and was super friendly and talked throughout the entire thing. I was asking him questions and he was so knowledgeable! “My mom and I had been shopping for cars for two days and we decided to check out David Taylor in Murray, Ky. A very nice man, Shayne, came right up and helped us. We drove a few cars and he actually rode with us. We had such a great time, he cut up with us and was just a down to earth guy. We never felt pressured or like we were being talked into anything. Super nice experience! Definitely going back for our next vehicle!!”
