As a person who doesn't know about cars very much, this place was super helpful in showing me what to do and what the different parts of the engine are for. They're to the point and really nice. Only one star is deducted because I got a bit concerned seeing a worker smoking near my car. I can't really stand the smell of smoke so I had to stand to the side when a different worker was helping me out.

Dead batteries for me never happen when it is warm but Tim at Autozone took great care of me when it was cold on January 13, 2024. Taking the battery out of my truck was just shy of brain surgery but Tim methodically did what he need to do to get the battery out. 20 minutes I was on the road again. I am giving Tim 5 stars only because I can’t give him more.
