“I don't know much about this bank as I don't use it, but my mother does. But I just want to brag on James Hixson who works at this Truist location. Even before we arrived at the bank to manage some things after my father's recent passing, my mom was saying "I hope we get the funny guy. He's so nice and patient." And the second time we visited this bank, James was there and was very helpful, kind and very funny. I appreciate the way he spoke with me and my mom and I feel like I can breathe a little easier knowing there's someone like him there to help her out as we go through these hard times. Thanks James!”
“The staff members here are always pleasant, helpful, accommodating and all around great. I have banked with them for 3 years and it has been a great experience.
