Terrible bank, do not recommend. If you need a medallion signature guarantee for anything, most employees have no idea what you’re talking about. Be sure you check your CD renewal carefully & get your money out quickly to avoid them locking it up for month & months for a ridiculous low interest rate. They put on a good and welcoming show to GET your money, but after that, customer service is completely non-existent—-and this starts with their CEO. All of their “feel good” rhetoric is nothing but smoke and mirrors—they don’t care about you. All they care about is luring in your money and keeping it for as long as possible. For interesting reading, google what happened to their last CEO. Do not recommend.

Horrible. Of no use, if you get scammed, you best believe you'll eat it because thisbank will not help. They'll just let your money get stolen.

Very friendly staff, beautiful building, and many great services offered to family members of all ages. They make every transaction easy, whether it be cashing in a child's piggy bank full of coins, or helping with every transaction for a business.
