This store desperately needs a remodel on the interior. It seems dirty but I think it's just old. It is a large store so it is not overcrowded like the one on the south side of town. It's in a convenient location. They have a high turnover rate in staffing. Unless I am in a rush and have other business in that area I do not go to this store. This is one of two locations closer to my house than the location I go to.

Usually the staff greets you as you walk-in but here lately it has been different workers and they have been rude. Was at check out an the lady threw my toilet paper back at me. Then was at register a different time an seen she was busy in her cellphone texting so I ask do I need to use another register an she acted as if I wasn't even standing there. Maybe she needs to find another job if she isn't happy with this. This isn't the only time encountering her rudeness.

Similar to Wal mart in priceing - They have their own brands as well as name brands - They are higher than Walmart on name brands - The biggest dissapointement to me is several items I purchased ring up considerably higher than the item is tagged on the shelf - When questioned there is no discusion ring up price is what it is, It is always higher, never lower. I have had this happen several times. The dollar general brand items that I have purchased have all been inferrior quality. I don't buy ther brand any longer.

I usually dread going in here. Hate it. Staff are not given the resources to produce a visually appealing store although the employees try their best with what they have. I went in last night, late. A singsong voice welcomed me to dollar general, I had never had that experience before in this store. While shopping, I realized who the greeting came from. I have never experienced better customer service than Ms. Robin gives. She welcomes everyone and wishes them well upon exit without missing a single person. She changed the store’s vibe entirely. Please give that woman a raise because she works extremely hard and is such an asset to the company and a treasure for the customers to interact with!

This Dollar G. to me has an emotional attachment ( if that makes any sense?) When my Mom was alive she'd would go there Quite a bit So when I either go by or like when my wife & I went in A lot of good Memories came flowing in . The store arrangement has changed,So it was good to to go back ,the cashier Royce Was really cool I did have to ask him if he was named after the car? He said no I don't think so?Anywho Ck'em out and support ur local Dollar G.✌&❤ Y'all
