The lady at the desk for the Chevy service department was extremely rude to me during my visit today. Did not look up from her computer while answering questions about my warranty. Very unhappy with my experience. Needless to say, I did not leave my car there for them to service my vehicle. My husband purchased his vehicle from there and we will not be returning customers in the future.

We traded our vechile for a Buick Enclave. Robert Parsons was our salesman and was very professional. He worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible. No pressure and great experience!!!

Chad took great care of me and made my car buying experience a fantastic one! I got an awesome vehicle at a good price and the customer service was exceptional. My vehicle was delivered to me and the drivers who delivered were just as nice. I had an overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Dropped off my truck to get both roof rail airbags replaced for a factory recall My son drive my truck home. Once I got in my truck I noticed the grease prints all over my headliner and sun visors. I will be returning the truck for a complete cleaning or replacement. I can't believe they would return a vehicle that way. Terrible service department!Service: General repairs & maintenance

DTC sold my son a truck that was apparently not inspected prior to being sold to him. It ended up not being driveable in less than 2 months. After getting it towed and inspected, the mechanics found a minimum of $1700 in repairs including faulty brakes, lots of rust, and fuel tank/gauge issues. The salesman retired within a week of reporting the issues to the dealership and the sales manager has been unresponsive, unprofessional and disrespectful. The practices and conversations have been very deceitful, bordering on fraud. We are well within our rights of filing for lemon law violations but have been trying to work things out on our own. They've made things very difficult and my son has been without a safe truck without major issues for approximately 3 months now.

I was sold a part that ended up not fitting what it was designed for. Since I opened the bag, which was the only way to find out that it didn’t fit, they would not accept it back to refund my money. I’m sure it’s company policy but for this reason, I will never be back. I have bought two vehicles there previously with no issues but this is beyond me. I found the correct part within minutes of leaving online for $20. They charged me $80 for the wrong part. Hindsight is 20/20.

The master auto tech who serviced my car today is an excellent mechanic. I've known this tech for 21 years now and have had no one else service my vehicles other than him. His name is Chris Dahlberg and he knows what he's doing with automobiles!
