This company is so incompetent and their employee Lori is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She was rude and only made excuses for not doing her job. She denied that I gave a deposit for my storage unit and then after I sent banking proof, she did not follow through with my refund. 2 months later, I called back to find out the issue and she lied and said they sent it out a couple days ago. She also said it was only $75 and no big deal. Stay away from Anything with the Garland name. They only take advantage of people.

If I could give them no stars, I would give them none. They violate the Fair Housing Act with no regard. I have two ESAs for PTSD, depression, and anxiety. They told me they don't rent to pet owners. I blatantly stated denying me housing for having two documented ESAs falls under discrimination upon disability. The woman told me that it doesn't matter because their policy is no pets. The woman on the phone was incredibly insensitive and uncaring about their blatant breaking of the law. I filed reports with the US Dept. of Housing and Urband Development and the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights about this incident.
