Scheduled appointment to repair brakes, told me they had to order parts and to come back, called me that they ordered the parts and then when I brought my car for the next appointment told me they had no parts and couldn't fix my brakes. No idea what they're doing up there.

Ruined the skid plate on my car because they don’t have the proper tools. $400.00.
Certain vehicle brands require the oil to be removed by suction through the oil filler cap. They don’t have the ability to do that.
They fill your wiper fluid with pink water. They are the only ones to add fluid there and now my wiper reservoir on 2 vehicles are frozen solid. Not the weather. It’s the poor quality fluid they use. Prestone is good to -20 degrees.
Update;
The manager called me back regarding the skid plate issues and did pay a portion of the total loss (I could only find 2 of 3 receipts for repairs).
Still I don’t take my Audi there anymore with their lack of skills and training.

For someone that historically does their vehicle maintenance, this is pricey but my new truck is under warranty and I'm not changing my own oil until it's out of warranty.

Went in for an oil change and my dipstick had broken off and the mechanic went out of his way took extra time and got it out for me. Greatly appreciate these guys.

If you value your vehicle, do not take it to Grease Monkey. My wife went there for a simple oil change. After they completed the oil change, her vehicle started leaking oil which it was not prior to the oil change. So I looked, under the vehicle and saw the leak was coming from the drain plug. I also noticed washer/seal ring was missing around the drain plug. So she took it back to Grease Monkey and told the employees about it. Grease Monkey way to fix it was to put some type of silicone/adhesive around the plug. Which that did not stop the leak. Instead of admitting they made a mistake they decided to cover it up. I feel personally Grease Monkey did not want to burden themselves with the additional cost of labor and oil to fix their mistakes. If I was able to give negative star, I would.

Great group of guys work here! They went way out of their way to work me in to get my car fixed excellent prices, and even came after hours to accommodate me. Will definitely go back!! Thanks Grease Monkey. Y'all are exceptional

Went on a Saturday, 1st time. Encountered slight miscommunication issues but management resolved it quickly and efficiently. Oil change was fast and easily done without having to exit car. Will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone.
