Every tire they sold me only held up for a week they switch out rims for bad ones terrible service. I had to buy all new tires because all them sucked and blew out while I had my daughter in the car. You guys suck

Last week I went to Hernandez to see what was wrong with my car. He said it was my front wheel hubs. I asked 3 times to make sure of how much he was going to charge me to do both. He said $150. I said for both sides correct? He proceeded to say yes. So I go to advanced auto order my parts and take my car out there to get fixed and he said It’ll be $150 for each side. I said that is NOT what you told me and I asked you 3 times to make sure. Then he looks at my wheel hubs and said oh well I can’t do these kind anyway I don’t have the tool. Are you kidding me?????

Sorry excuse for a business. Got a tire changed and got home with 4 out of 5 lug nuts on the wheel they worked on.
Came in the next day for another tire to be replaced and told them about the missing lug nut and the man that did the work said I was lying about it. And that I only had 4 when he removed the wheel.
I watched him remove and replace 5 when he performed the work. I was standing right there.
Oh well if you want to trash your reputation over a $3 lug nut... Kudos to you. I will never recommend this place.

This place is a joke went to have my front end lined up and they took it in done it and brought it back out they said it was done next day I noticed my tires are still toed out they did not line it up

I wasn't a customer there, just parked the car to get my trash can I lost off my trailer. I thought it was tied down.
Honestly, though, I hear good things about Hernandez tire shop. I'll have to go find out next time I need tires.
