Just like many other reviewers shared, I had the misfortune of dealing with the owner. He is rude, talks over people, and is generally more interested in squeezing out a few extra dollars than building a happy base of repeat customers. He changed my rate two days after I returned the car and then alleged I damaged the car despite the car being checked in clean at Nashville airport. I spent months and months dealing with Hertz corporate before being made whole. Bottom line, this is not a true Hertz location. It is a franchise. This key difference sets up a dynamic where the location can blame Hertz and Hertz can claim no responsibility. There is an enterprise location in Murray. I look forward to giving them my business.

Happy Friday I want to give a big thank you to Zach who went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The entire staff there were very nice and open to assisting you at any time they have a very welcoming environment there. I had a great experience there renting my car and I just needed them to know that I greatly appreciate it and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you guys again in I recommend this location to everyone.

Owner is direct, to the point yet effcient. Not sure if cutting people off many times during conversation is being efficient or just rude in this instance. Perhaps he is having an off day. Women, might want a man to help with sevice at this station. Seems patience is needed with staff, and seem only to converse and conduct business only with my husband. Seems it's a mans world and all about the money. I wont return to this rental place just for that behavior.

The Murray hertz was extremely rude walked off while I was talking to him this guy is bad for your company. I had valid reservation there were 3 vehicles on his lot. He told me that was too bad he had ppl coming in and they were spoken for. My reservation was earlier than theirs. My mother was in a hospital and I needed to get to North Carolina. Will NEVER use them . Others I have spoken with have had similar issues with this location.

I booked a rental from the Murray, Ky location a week before the day I needed to pick it up and during the call there was no mention of only accepting credit cards. I even asked if I needed to do anything special because of the pandemic going on and was told no.So I drive over 30 miles to go pick up my car and that's when I'm informed they no longer accept debit cards as payment and they deny my rental. It is the day before I have to drive a 9+ hours in the middle of a global pandemic and now I'm stuck because they won't accept debit cards as payment. I've rented 5-7 times over the past year and always used a debit card to pay but not anymore. I will never use or recommend hertz to anybody ever again. Double so because not a single employee was wearing a mask either.

I have needed to rent cars several times after moving to Murray, Ky last year. The people were very helpful, prompt and the prices were excellent.

The bigger bald guy at the desk was rude. Accused me of smoking in a car and i dont even smoke. They tried to charge my card $250. We got upset and he got in our faces and told us to "bring it on". Unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this place
