Would like to give it a zero but I guess since I DID have a small bit of "experience" with them, a #1 sums it up. A friend goes here and recommended this salon. I tried to call the phone number on the website 7 times over a 2 day period letting it ring at least 10 times each. I then drove there and went inside to schedule an appointment. I told the very sweet girl that I talked to that I tried to call several times. I will not mention names, but she told me that most of the girls there just use their own cell phones to book appointments with their clients. (I have had other salons tell me the same thing. I guess they all must have enough clients that they do not want/need new clients or need any more revenue brought in). She said she was booked for the week but she would take my name and phone number and have (a specific name) text me to schedule an appointment. I have now waited 2 days and have not received any text. I have since gone in to yet another salon here in town and was given 2 choices of appointment times on the spot! Apparently this salon wants and appreciates new clients. Too bad for Illusions, as the cut I am wanting will be a bit high maintenance and will require monthly visits. It must be nice to have so many clients that you can turn down business, especially these days in this economy. Sorry you missed out!

Get my hair done here and love stylist (tina). But have repeatedly tried to get appointment with zTrang. It's always NO. she always has an excuse. I must have the plagues.

Alex is a sweet girl who listens and does my nails to my needs. The only thing that could be changed is the phone needs to accept messages when the salon is closed.

Absolutely unprofessional. Was unable to begin at appt time, while had no other customers. Also very POOR quality nails, they FELL OFF after a day, began breaking. Do NOT recommend for quality, just a quick day for nails not to be worn more than a day.HIGHLY recommend them for haircuts. That is IT.Services: Acrylic nails

I love this place. There is something for everyone. In my opinion, I have the best beautician, Tina Duffy, who is amazing at doing ALL types of hair. She does an amazing job on both myself and my daughter's ethnic hair. She gives beautiful hair cuts no matter the type, braids, relaxers, coloring, waxes...whatever you want and need!She is the queen of reparing damaged hair and then keeping it healthy. In addition, the nail artist,Train, does absolutely the best nails in Murray!! If you want to look and feel like a million bucks, you have to have the best! I get nothing but the best at Illusions hands down!! if you want your hair, nails, toes, and eyebrows to look flawess...Illusions is the place to go. There are other wonderful stylist at Illusions but I can speak on my experience.
