I went in for a full set of acrylic french tip nails. They were very nice but when he got started on my nails he did no prep, no cuticle work, no filing or buffing. Just glued the nail tip on. The shape was not at all what I asked for and I went back the next day to get them reshaped. There is a huge space between my actual thumb nail and the acrylic. And the picture I’m posting with this is what they look like after 4 days.. I will be getting them removed tomorrow and not returning.

I was in town with family. I called and asked if they had 6 pedicure chairs, they said yes. Come in 20 minutes! Perfect life is good. Arrived 2:00 4 pedicure chairs 3 technicians. One left.
One pedicure happening...5 not. They said the technician would be back in 10 minutes. Still not back! Very disappointing!

LA Nails used to be my favorite place to go in Murray to get my nails done until the new man started working there. I do not know his name however he is extremely rude and disrespectful. After nicking My skin with the motorized nail file and me pulling back in pain (he made a small cut) Then proceeds to stab the top of my hand with the moving file to “prove it doesn’t hurt” Which in return cut the top of my hand!
After I pulled away, he continued to try to stab the top of my hand until I had to look him in the face and YELL for him to stop Trying to stab my hand with the file!!!
There was six of us there in total, and we were there for my stepdaughter to get her nails done for her wedding the previous day, He then got into an argument with one of my daughters telling us how we were complicated because we had one person changed what it is they wanted to do their nails.
The man was completely unprofessional, rolled his eyes and cussed multiple times at us.
This is the worst interaction I’ve ever had at the nail salon and because of that man alone I will never be back! Horrible business man!
And put the cherry on top of the cake it has 10 days since I got my nails done and every single one of them have popped off!
