Fun fact — she had to convince me to go see the house we ended up buying because I didn’t like the pictures. It needed a little updating, but boy was she right! I HIGHLY recommend Sarah Colston. if you are looking for a realtor don't look any farther. she wasn't just a realtor she made me feel like a friend. she worked closely with me and responded any time of day when I reached out. I didn't think I was going to get approved or find a house but she stuck with me and found houses in my price range and got me in touch with lenders that were able to get me approved. she explained every step along the way and answered all my questions ensuring I understood everything that was happening. And the best part about her is she pointed out every flaw at every house and let me know the down falls and what she thought wasn't a good investment, it made me feel safe in trusting her because it wasn't just about making money and selling a house for her but about looking out for me and helping me find a good house. I'm forever grateful for her help and recommend her to anyone buying or selling their house, but especially to first time home buyers. She took a stressful complicated situation and made it feel easy for me. 11 out of 10 recommend!
