The original prices of the clothing didnt make the 40% off sale worth buying anything. However, I found slacks on clearance & those were also on sale with an additional 40% off.

I love the store, but yesterday was my last purchase. My daughter had an event, and we found a perfect dress. I politely asked the girl serving us if she could de-wrinkle it a bit, as it was very wrinkled and we needed it early today. The girl replied that she had no way to iron it, so I can't believe that, being a clothing store, they don't have a steam iron. My question is, how do you de-wrinkle clothes displayed on mannequins? I have over 8 years of experience in clothing stores, and all stores should have a steam iron to de-wrinkle certain items. Such poor service! We had to leave the dress and choose another option.

There was a red headed lady that helped me find the perfect outfit for a concert and trip to Nashville. She was extremely friendly and I even bought a 2nd tote bag for a xmas gift. I manage a business in town as well and it is so refreshing to see good customer service and people that seem to enjoy their job!

Cute store. Reminds me of a Verona store that used to be in Florida. Helena was super nice and helpful, even checked in with me while I was in the dressing room. It was my first time in the store and my last. The other girl she was working with wouldn't stop selling me. Very annoying. She should go into car sales. When I shop for clothes, I want it to be an easy and pleasant experience.

Very friendly staff and attentive to customers. Bought several items today that were reasonably priced and had a lovely young lady assist me with a fitting room. Very clean organized location.

Laken was amazing, took customer service to another level, than you! She was so busy putting up new merchandise and she stopped what she was doing to help me find a jacket and and I bought 2 love the store good staff Laken was the best and I will go back whenever I go back to Kentucky
