“Contacted Kyle via phone and within a few minute conversation he had an idea of what was needed to make our move successful. He gave me a quote over the phone and we were able to setup a date for our move. The personnel showed up at the time we asked for and were very professional throughout the process. Gus and his crew of five employees got us transitioned within one day. When the crew arrived we walked through the house to confirm what was going, his crew then disassembled, if necessary, wrapped and carried or dollied each item out of the house and then placed it where we asked in the new house and reassembled, if necessary. We knew after the fact, this was the right decision for us.”

“Let me tell you guys about Paschall Truck Lines INC. overall very wonderful company in my opinion I have Justin as My Driver Manager. Awesome guy always willing to help and very informative. They have awesome trucks here if you like Freightliner and international. Me personally I’m team Freightliner. The pay isn’t too bad in my opinion because the more you work here the more that you will get paid. The only complaint I would say that needs to be fixed immediately is the communication with like drivers calling on the phone. There’s times where I’ve been on hold over a hour or two. That needs to be fixed immediately. Terminals are nice in my opinion alittle outdated but still doable. Maybe updating the terminals will be nice as well in my opinion. That way drivers feel like they are at home very time the come to a terminal. I know that they can’t fix everything all at once but alittle every month or something can really make a big difference. But I’m pretty happy with PTL and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Come December 18 will be my first year here. And I enjoy it for the most part except for those complaints I said other than that. Awesome company.”
