“Hoploads is a great service for finding loads for our belt trailers and the people running the site are great. One improvement is needed and that would be to set the site up so when a broker posts a load from Town "A" to Town "B" that Google Maps would automatically populate the miles according to Google Maps not what the broker says it is because we all know that brokers guess when they post miles.”

“I did about 7 months with the company, my last month was in the dead heat of the summer and the AC went out when I was resting at a truckstop before going home empty. I spent the next day getting turned down by all 3 loves truckstops I was dispatched too about they're AC service. In between going to the third loves I got too hot and ended up getting into an accident. Fortunately nobody was seriously hurt, only damage I got was a bent foward cattle grill...I still got fired. They didn't even consider keeping me due to the minor damage done to the truck and i still drove it to two more truck stops after the accident. They didn't trust that it make me a better driver. Set me back big time after I waited so long to get with the company. I'd advice anyone who's in a truck with no AC to just leave it where it is and get a relative to get you home. No driver has no buisness driving a truck inn the dead of the summer with no AC. Get IT TOWED!! Cuz if somthing happens it's all on you. I didnt get put into a hotel until after everything happened and day two of being booked i got a phoncall about my termination. I was so pissed because i felt like i was lured into driving the truck around looking for AC work with no AC and I was never asked how I felt physically and mentaly.what gets me is how maintanace did not make sure that where i was being dispatched too would be able to do a diagnostic on the truck so i wouldnt be hustling here and there in hot heat for the sake of property of PTL thats why i say feel like i was lures into the situation. Whoever dispatched me was able to cover they're a## and I got fires. whole life took a turn for the worst because of that day. Now I'm at home. I don't hate the company. I just hate the person that dispatched me in the first place, it will be 30 times harder to convince another company to take me.”
“Two guys showed up on one of their lighter days to help me move a very heavy treadmill to a location two miles away. They answered the phone promptly, were early to show up, and so nice and professional. Excellent job.”
