The manager is always rude. He is short and never is approachable. I go every week hoping for a nice response. Never!!! I always say good morning. He never smiles. Rude if you win lottery. Gets pissed and says I ain't got that much $. Only $50 bucks. Then proceeds to make me get $50 In tickets. If it wasn't for rewards, I would never go again. Murray, Ky.

Rude employees. Every time I come in....every time, I ask for a bag, this same individual always says they're out of bags. I call BS. Lazy employee with a terrible attitude.

This is the second time this has happened and frankly I’m tired of it so here I am leaving a review.
I work in health care. There are times when my client needs me to go to the store for her with her debit card to get her items.
I went to Murphy to get her items and while there I noticed I needed gas.
I waited in the long line and had to sit there and listen to the only cashier run his mouth to a customer about buying pot and how much tips the guy made the night before and all the items he bought with his tips. I waited patiently.
I finally got to pay for my gas using my debit card and then I had to get my clients items. Meaning I had TWO DIFFERENT methods of payment. One order for myself and one for my client. To which she is unable to get the items herself. The cashier tells me that he can not help me due to him having a long line. I tried to explain that i only did that because it is two separate debit cards. He said that it doesn’t matter when he has a long line he’s not doing that.
Meanwhile if he was truly worried about his “long line” I wouldn’t have sat there and dealt with him and his buddies conversation. I just said alright and walked away. Now, I have to go to another gas station to get my clients items. Since he couldn’t help me. I won’t be going to Murphys no more.
I’m busy as well. I’m working as well. I have things that need to get done as well. It’s not my fault that you’re short staffed. It’s not my fault that you have a long line or any other issues that you might be experiencing. I came there to buy items. I was refused being sold something. That’s okay. I’ll go somewhere else. I just wanted this message to either reach management or owners and let them know that their worker is refusing service to their customers.

I came in this morning to a very long line waiting to pay. As we were waiting the employees were talking to each other and laughing among each other not to mention very rude. I've been coming here for a very long time and never had this kind of experience!!
