I had a great experience. Mary Beth was wonderful to work with. Everything was explained thoroughly and she even wrote me a handwritten checklist. Installation was perfect. No complaints. And if an issue arises in the future, I know that MES will handle it accordingly.

Just moved in to a new apartment and signed up for pre pay services and after 1 day they say I used 70 dollars worth of electricity and all I have plugged in is a TV and a phone charger I'm highly disappointed and to make matters worse it's Saturday so no one is in the office which is kind of ridiculous for an electric company

Murray electric hired outside contractors to improve the internet, these contractors drove down my drive way, across my back yard, turned their truck around then drove out leaving ruts all over my yard. They also drove from the street to my backyard creating ruts there as well. I called to ask who was going to fix it and their response was “that is the price of having high speed internet”. A few weeks later I get a letter telling me they are going to raise my rates. SoI get to pay more for high speed internet than everyone else so I can fix my yard and actually mow it. Thank you Murray electric for messing up my yard and providing me with high speed internet that does not work in my driveway. I own a construction company and if I did business like this I would have no customers, but their motto is bend over and take it, and while your at it give me more money.

I’m truly grateful for the fact that Murray Electric has been keeping us warm(ish) the past couple of frigid days; thank y’all for the work you’ve put in. In the same breath, meter pay, and extra fees on credit/debit cards, no matter how small you think it is, is really keeping low income people below the poverty line. I am aware that this isn’t all your fault, I’m not trying to paint it as such, but bleeding us of our money for something as basic and necessary as electricity is…well I can’t really say that I look at y’all in the best light. Why charge me a 3.95 fee when that extra 3.95 could be half of a day extra of electricity? It just seems like a sham for these prices to accrue as quickly and frequently as they do.

Staff is very nice. However, internet has been super broken, never does a week go by without broken internet, sometimes it's completely gone for a day or longer. Wish we had more options but we are in western KY
