Usually I have great service, but I went at 9:15pm to get some wiper blades and the second we walked up to the door the lights shut off and the door was locked when they close at 10. So I've had to drive across town trying to see past the broken rubber in the rain. Was not thrilled that the night shift shut it all down almost an hour early.

I am always happy to deal with O'Reilly Auto Parts in multiple locations, but especially the helpful staff at the Mayfield, KY store. If they are presented with a question they do not know the answer to, they will discuss among the employees, Google or YouTube research the answer on the internet or call and ask someone else. They go above and beyond to try and help their customers! Thank you!

I only been to raise auto parts store once and it was the Best service and experience! Shelly was Awesome and took her time helping me and explained all I needed. No BS at all that women get at auto stores sometimes. She will take care of your needs with patience and care ? I Highly recommend this place for your needs.

Meh its ok, if you need advice or expert help this is not your store. If you need to pick up a air freshener or a bottle of tire shine this is your store. Everything has gone up in price dramatically. I have bought and had 2 O'Reilly marine batteries die in the last 14 months... of course the warranty is only for 12 months. Buyer Beware!
