Service was awesome. Quick online rental and directions were simple and clearly stated. Found the unit easily and it was extremely clean. The manager was quick to communicate online and ask if there were any questions. Explained the procedure to use their lock or my own. If you’ve used storage units before, this is one of the easiest I’ve rented. If you have questions about how to activate their lock, move the lever to the left, etc., contact them by phone. This was so quick and easy, I’ll be sure to use them again. Also feel that their rates are extremely reasonable!

Wonderful experience with Magnolia storage. The process couldn't be easier. I rented my unit online, and was immediately sent my confirmation, as well as a personal phone call from Lance who just wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. The units are clean, secure, and they have climate controlled units. I would definitely recommend them.

Very nice storage units. Clean, well taken care of and easy to rent. We received a follow up call from Lance shortly after completing the process to make sure everything was as expected. That was a nice touch. We 100% recommend using Papa Smurf Storage.
