I had an Uhaul reservation at another location and the trailer lights were not working so I needed to find another asap and this was the closest one, the man on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful when I called to ask if they had any and I would be there less than 5min passed close and he refused to help and told me I can wait until the morning. Needless to say I would not recommend

I needed to get an extra day on my rental and they told me one price that I agreed to. Wake up the next day, and my credit card statement shows I've actually been charged 25% more than I was told. When I called they told me they forgot to explain that there's an extra charge to keep a dolly for the second day, so that's why I was charged more, but I should be happy because they gave me a discount. This has created a mess for me, nobody should forget to explain all the money I might spend, I'd be fired for that kind of mistake.

Idk how to put in my 4 didget code do you need to press * or # after?***UPDATE***!!!MINUTES!!! after posting this I was barely able to message them on Facebook, when one of the OWNERS tracked down my phone number and called me HIMSELF. He was able to help me, step by step, and was able to get me into my storage unit in less than 3 minutes! To do something like that, just shows that these people genuinely care about their customers is astronomical!!! People like that just aren’t made like that anymore. 10 stars all around! Will always be proud to be a user of Premier Mini Storage!

*Retains employees that lack compliance and need ancillary training. ?
*Does not follow instructions when given updated payment info despite detailed, documented, date of authorization. Also, provided, documented, explanations out of courtesy rather than their entitlement to any explanations. ?
*Does admit renter is correct, will admit their error, but does not correct error simply says sorry no matter how badly they interfere with a person's finances without authorization. ?
*Technically climate controlled bc HVAC is attached to building I guess. While checking on our unit periodically the office is comfortable for the current season for their incompetent employees who also lack in customer service skills. However, once you enter the units section in the summer it is just as hot/humid as outdoors and in the winter just warm enough water wouldn't freeze. Listing should be corrected to simply sheltered or minimally climate controlled with surveillance storage rather than climate controlled with surveillance. ?
*99% chance you're going to be on the 2nd floor. Yeah! You've already packed, moved your items out, and have to carry all stored items up a flight of stairs and across the building to your unit. FUN, right? ?
You can roll the dice with Premier, but you're better off electing somewhere else for a trustworthy and reliable facility! ?♀️
