I called first because of their high ratings , and drove over because they said that walk ins are always welcome ! The young blonde asks me if I have an appointment, I told her no, and she says there is no one available, and refused my patronage. They pick and choose who they want to serve. ( Very Shameful! ) They were not busy, the Google search confirmed they weren't busy, I would of waited until someone was finished with their customer.. I just needed a simple 15 min trim... I am new to the area, and looked at their Goggle ratings before visiting, and was REFUSED service on a Friday afternoon. I told the woman , she should update her PA on the phone ,and not make people believe they can drive to their location as a "Walk-IN" , only to be turned away for just a simple haircut!!. I'm sure someone else will love to have my business from now on !

I recently moved out here from California and I had to leave my 7 year relationship with my hairstylist. I have very curly hair and I’m picky when it comes to people cutting or styling my hair. I took a chance and went to a place in Paducah unfortunately they completely botched my hair until I saw Kaylee. Kaylee is AMAZING. She did everything perfect and fixed my hair. I am so beyond happy with it. I feel like myself again. I will go to her every time from here on out.Services: Haircut

This salon does great on my hair however one of the workers lied about putting me down on a schedule to get my nails done the day right before my vacation. All other nails salons are completely booked up and I now will not be able to have them done. Unprofessional and rude. I've been looking forward to getting my nails done for months and was waiting to have the money to spare on it. I'm frustrated. Will not be returning to get my hair or nails done.

OMGoodness, Tonya is amazing and so sweet. She has done a great job with my unmanageable hair. We have lived in the Murray area for about 5 yrs. and I can say, I will return to Profile Salon. Thank you Tonya... Love my hair.
