Went to get a quote for our front bumper and the customer service was amazing, they were able to help fix the front of our car to make it drivable while we wait on insurance. Will recommend them to everyone!

These guys have a 5 star Review for a reason. They are kind, professional, honest! My daughter had a coyote And she thought she was going to have to pay her full deductible. But they fixed it for half the price that the insurance originally quoted. They fixed the car quickly and it looks amazing! I will definitely go back to them!

Quality Auto Body was amazing!! Our daughter is a student at Murray State University and we live in another state. During the last big snow storm her vehicle slid into a lamp post causing pretty severe front end damage. Quality Auto Body did a great job working with us and making us feel comfortable with the whole insurance process. All our daughter had to do was drop her vehicle off and pick it up. They even offered to give her a ride back to campus and also wait around after closing to make sure she had her vehicle. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars. Great business but I hope we never need their service again (LOL)!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Had cracked taillight. They ordered it quickly and installed it even though I was coming in at closing time. Definitely will be back when I need a repair
