We reserved two nights (August 1 and 2nd). Upon arrival, the buildings looked deserted and dilapidated. In the lobby, we were greeted by an exceptionally kind young man who helped us check in. When we got to our room, despite it being around 90° outside, the air unit was off and it was very hot in the room. It just blew hot air when we did turn it on. When we sat our things on the very uncomfortable bed with extremely outdated bedding, baby roaches started scattering. We immediately left. We were given a full refund, thankfully. The rooms in NO WAY match the photos online. Honestly they should tear the place down.

I booked 2 nights, July 4th & 5th, through Priceline. Got there a couple hours early and they went ahead and let me check in. I unloaded my stuff, turned on the AC cause the room was HOT, then heated out for a day of 4th of July activities. Got in that night around 10, hopped in the shower, then went to bed. I pulled the sheets back and yall the bed was absolutely covered in bugs! I have video of it and sent it to my friends & family! NASTY. I immediately placed my clothes in a plastic bag tied off tight and went to check out. Owner did not even offer any sort of refund. Had the expression on his face like yeah so what. I had to relocate to another hotel, on a friggn holiday, at dang near midnight! I. Was. Livid. !
I will admit, I did not read ANY reviews about this place before booking it. Never make that mistake again! If you want a GOOD but also very reasonably priced motel, go to the complete opposite side of town (the North side) and get a room with Best Western! If a luxury hotel is tour thing, Spring Hill is a awesome place for roughly twice the price per night as Best Western. Either place you will get a CLEAN room and good nights rest. JUST DONT GO TO RED ROOF PERIOD! 😄🤦😑

The building is in very rough shape. Walking into the lobby there were 6 buckets catching water leaking from the ceiling. The room was clean but dated. Pet friendly which is a huge plus.

Woke up too bed bugs in the middle of the night. Didn’t even give a full refund back for the room and made us leave instantly. Horrible service, room and customer wise. Do not come here.

The sink was stoped up ,the toilet would not flush right. The worst experience ever and I like staying at the red roof I have stayed at plenty won't stay at this one anymore

The toilet feels as though it is going to fall over every time you sit on it. If you have a animal better get used to them vacuuming every day. They say they clean but they don't touch the toilet.

Room was clean, only lights in the room that worked were in the bathroom. Air conditioner was as loud as a motorcycle. The door had a dead bolt and a chain lock, neither were in working order. And, finally The a/c finally got the room cooled down around 4:30 the next morning. I didn't sleep well because I heard someone try to open the door 4 different times. Paid for a week, left after one night.
