Ladies/teen boutique store. This place has nice classy items I will say that! This place is also outrageous in prices. There will be some things you will buy even though its expensive but your gonna see some items priced and you will be in disbelief because how high they are. They don't have much for plus size. They sell clothes, shoes,purses, jewelry, and more . super cute store . nice dressing rooms .

I have shopped with Ribbon Chix since the very first store opened in Murray. Jen and Krista are the sweetest souls and hand pick my outfits for the most special occasions. This is the only boutique in town where I can walk in tell them what I need my outfit for and they will style me accordingly. I adore this personalized touch from them, especially when I’m running low on time! The quality of clothing is astounding, especially for the price. If you haven’t been in or shopped online you’re missing an amazing experience! Not only do they carry top of the line fashion, but they are experienced in styling and up to date on the latest trends! ❤️❤️❤️Dress and boots from them ❤️

Ribbon Chix is a delightful place to shop the latest in name brand purses and clothes; along with the cutest shoes!! Both at Murray & Paducah, Kentucky locations! Murray, Ky is the mother ship! I love and enjoy the super helpful staff at both locations! O! I forgot to mention the adorable hats and caps for ladies! If you don't go, you will regret it! I, constantly, receive compliments about my outfits and purses!

Had the best experience here! The store was kept clean and not to mention adorable decor and set up. All the clothes were so cute and unique, and the customer service was absolutely incredible! All the employees were nothing but kind AND respected the current guidelines of COVID-19. 100% would recommend!

The clothes were very cute and the staff helpful, but their appointments and mask requirements for visiting for reopening after shutdown were very deceptive. I booked an appointment online ( as the website site stated it was required to visit ) and had to sign that I understood that masks were required. Their policy also states all items tried-on will be steamed before returning to Shelves. I researched my potential purchases online before going and felt safe knowing their policies. None of these policies were followed. I arrived at the reserved time to find the doors open to walk-in traffic, and some of the other patrons not wearing masks. Multiple employees were not wearing masks. And the items I tried on were returned to the store without any steaming ( even though the steamer was right there). Very disappointed; Ribbon Chix should not say they have these policies and then not follow them.
