“I've had a storage unit with them for....13 years? Most of those years I've lived out of country. The owner back in the day warned me that many people who move out of county end up losing their unit because if payment problems, so I made sure to always be on top of them. I would always get emails about payments that didn't go through. Many times errors occured on my payment end, and I would call or email, and the employees would always be so helpful in making the payment over the phone or changing my card in their system etc. its a sad day to have the last thing tying me back to my home town now gone, but I am so happy with their service over the years, always chill and helpful and understanding. Thank you for all the years!”

“Very nice employee, big unit's great price, was surprised to get a ceiling light and wall plug in unit. Great add on as this shows they are looking to service customers needs. Unit did have lots of mud douber nests still all over walls, but nature does find its way in. Unit did have leaves in it first day but easy fix. Keep up the great work and service guys. Thanks 😊”
