I spoke to a lady named Patience. She was anything but. She stressed me out when I told her I opened the package an hour before I called her. I was trying to tell her the tubing was not fitting my face mask. She talked all over me as I tried to give her a description of the items. She was telling me what I didn’t get. I know I may have used the incorrect terminology on the items but she didn’t have the patience to listen to me so I’m sending a picture of the items I tried to share with her. The face masks I received a week or so and the hose I just took out of my mailbox yesterday.

I have new headgear/mask etc as my nasal pillows started leaking. Jessica Lew was so patient with me and let me take my time in remembering all I had to ask. She also helped me by repeating things she told me to assure I understood. Great service!
