Vacuums weak, soap subpar quality compared to previous years, 1/2 of the bays did not function at all, and all of the bays were extremely dirty. Photo of sawzall blade in the bay upon my arrival. Disappointing, used to be the best wash in Murray!

Twice now I have pressed the power wash soap button and gotten only cold water…no soap! Never able to find help, I think they don’t want to be found. I have filled out the pathetic refund card twice and never received a phone call back about my refund. I used my debit card and it said it was $3.00for the cold rinse, but when I checked my bank it charged me $10.00! for the cold rinse.Think I might get the police and city attorney involved if I don’t get a phone call and my money back ASAP.

2 times I have used my card at the car wash it says 5 dollars was gonna be charged and it is 10 I need a number to complain

I use to love this car wash because only the bugoff option that not many has . whatsoever I'll come by today and the foaming bush wasn't working so I used the triple conditioner then it the unworking bush but now that I looked at my paint it' looks super bad that thing scratched my truck so bad ,plus I have to stop at another carwash to finish it ..give some maintenance and ay least replace the foaming scrubbers

Probably one of the worst car washes I've been to, couldn't tell any difference from before and after going through it. Not sure if it was just water or? Had to clean by hand after ?
