Used the Toyota app to locate inventory locally. Very easy to figure out alongside the internet price matching the sticker. Went to Toyota of Murray and within a min I got handed the keys to test drive the car I've been wanting to drive since 2022. I ended up having a very easy buying experience with them and the staff was wonderful to deal with.

Can’t say enough about the ease of buying a new car from Toyota of Murray. Every part of the experience was made easy and quick. Test drove, looked at the numbers, paperwork completed while I was at work, and completed the process in about an hour on a Friday afternoon! Ashlynn and Becky made our experience the best! Love my 2026 Camry!!!!

Unfortunate that I have to give this rating. We were ready to buy a nice little car for my daughter when Toyota of Murray would not accept my pre-approved financing from Navy Federal Credit Union. They said they’ve been “burned” by NFCU which is the largest CU in the nation.
Active military, retirees, and military affiliates proceed with caution. They don’t want your money unless it’s through their financing.
**EDIT to respond to dealer**
The check was neither blank or unsigned. It was a check that had a maximum pre-approved amount. When a deal is made, the check is made out TO THE DEALER and then SIGNED by the applicant. The dealer has a number to call NFCU and AUTHORIZE the transaction. It is a 100% normal process that we have used for nearly 2 decades all across the country. Toyota of Murray and the Dwain Taylor just refused our business based solely on their inability to process a normal business transaction. They didn't even look at the pre-approval packet.
The response they made is just smoke and mirrors. Military affiliated personnel beware.
