Our mailman keeps putting my packages on top of the box, completely ignoring the big label that says, “Please place all packages inside box.” It’s like the sign is invisible—or maybe it’s just there for decoration at this point.

Do not come to this location if you value your time. They are constantly short staffed and have a line that covers the entire lobby. Some of the employees there are also very rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Carrier said it was okay to move the mailbox, so I did. Then I stopped getting mail. Postmaster said that the carrier felt unsafe. So now I have to cross a busy road to get my mail. Ridiculous.

Today I made my first return to SHEIN through the USPS. Normally all my return items have gone through UPS and they are so friendly here in Murray. USPS however, was not very friendly. I was told that they don’t use their tape. Next time I needed to return an order type up my own package. I just assumed they would need to know there were two items in the bag before it was sealed. Made me feel a little uncomfortable for not knowing that.

I've lived in several states and been to a variety of postal locations and this is the most efficient and friendly post office location I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone in a few times this year and I’ve had a consistent, positive experience every time. Thank you very much!

My mailman does not pick up mail when he literally parks in our parking lot to walk his route. When calling the post office to complain, I was told that picking up my mail was a courtesy and not a job requirement. Maybe I will take back the courtesy of parking in my business parking lot!

Been waiting on a package, only for this post office to take upon themselves to return package to sender, claiming address was wrong. Address was correct, change of address also had been made. Received different package sent to same address with only issue of apartment number, which was fixed by someone there. Supervisor says change of address wasn’t on file, if it wasn’t, how was address fixed on first package!! Not the first time I’ve had issues with my mail with this post office. Have had just empty envelopes, with mail taken out of it put in our mailbox, or never received mail at all. They don’t answer their phones. I wouldn’t give a star at all, but, at least they got one. Do Better Murray Post Office!!

My aunt sent me a card for my birthday on March 15 and dropped it off at the post office. It was never scanned in I checked my informed mail delivery and I never received my birthday card. Someone is opening the mail at this post office. Picture of missing card is below, I will be calling to escalate this issue.

Carrier does not separate mail for 1336 and 1338 Minnow Rd. 42071. Puts all in one box or the other!!! Why?? Deliberately delivering mail to wrong box. Expect further deliveries to be made to correct box!!

Package left in neighbors mailbox across the street. Completely ignoring mailbox numbers and what the address on the package clearly states.
