Had to give a 1 star because it won't let me do a zero. I give them a prescription for my daughter. Said it would be ready 230-3. I call at 4 and they said that it wasn't ready that it would be another hour and half. They haven't started on it. Said they are super busy giving vaccine shots. So my sick child has to wait to get her medicine because they to busy giving shots. This place has lost my business, I'll use another place to get our families medicine. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

The pharmacy itself isn’t bad but I’ve had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with the pharmacist “Meredith” the last two times I’ve had to fill here. The first time, my husband had just had his wisdom teeth removed. The tech, as well as Meredith, asked rather loudly what was the reason for the fill, “what procedure did you have that requires this drug?”. First of all, it obviously came from an oral surgeon. Secondly, you can run Kasper and see that my husband and I are not some habitual drug users. Lastly, my main issue with that visit was that it’s none of your business what it’s for nor the other patients waiting behind us. Very unprofessional and we are currently looking into any sort of privacy violations. I have an intense procedure coming up and had that been asked of me at the window after my surgery, I’d probably break down in tears. Extremely insensitive and unprofessional. Finally, my visit this evening. I had to have a maintenance medicine (not a controlled substance) called in here as my regular pharmacy was all ready closed. I had had a lower dose at Walmart previously and when my doctor increased it, we just left it at his buildings pharmacy. Not only did Meredith refuse to fill it, even after offering proof of my dose for the last year, I was again treated as if I was some sort of narcotics abuser. If I have talked my prescriptions over with my physician and we have weighed the pros and cons, why be difficult just because you can? She knew I had taken a lower dose before. Obviously there is a reason a higher dose was prescribed. Definitely done with this pharmacy and will be looking into further action.

To be fair, I would give the pharmacy a 4 or 4.5 star, and this one star is given to one particular clerk working there. Her name starts with a "J". I used to go through insurance for my prescription and I paid over $50 every time. After I discovered GoodRX I went to Walmart Pharmacy and asked if I can switch to GoodRX. This J lady was there to enter my information, and the next time I still had to pay over $50. It was suspicious, so I called the pharmacy later. A gentleman picked up the phone and helped me immensely. Ever since then I just paid less than $30 each time. The clerk at checkout was different every time, but there was no problem at all. Now last month it was this J lady who checked me out. After entering my info she said I have to pay over $50. I said I've been using GoodRX for over a year and it should be less than $30. She said no, it's going through your insurance, and your GoodRX hasn't been set up. Because she insisted it and wasn't trying to help or even to double check, I had to raise my voice to argue with her, while she eventually said that I'll register you for GoodRX but I don't know if it will work this time. I said GoodRX has been in use for over a year!!! Since when did it change without a notification to me?!?!? She went silent and, after typing around for two minutes with shaking hands, she found out that I indeed just have to pay less than $30. There was no apologies, no explanation, no "sorry" smile, at all. I just hope I won't run into her anymore!!

They don't know what they are doing. Yes I know times can be stressful. However they know they have to forget their home life to work a job, that's the advice I got from a Walmart employee. They aren't kind and they don't understand what pills I need even if I explained it 4 times.

I read the reviews and I thought, surely these people can't be giving these people a fair chance. Boy was I wrong! Woman on the phone was rude, told me I had no refills, call my doctor-meanwhile I'm staring at my bottle with one refill! Then she says 'well you could just buy it over the counter'. Why would I pay $20 over the counter when it's free with my insurance? I called Princeton Walmart, she was very nice and saw it and said she'd take care of it. It took 2 seconds! I'll stick with Princeton.

I switched to Walmart recently for my prescriptions, and they have helped me save a lot on my monthly costs. They found quickly that 2 of my prescriptions were cheaper without the insurance (Something that I wasn't told at Walgreen's) and they were able to advise me how to get a 90 day supply. Very helpful so far!
