After flying nearly 20 hours from Asia and driving hundreds of miles to Kentucky to kick off a long-awaited family vacation, I was so disappointed and worried to discover my car had a flat tire. From the moment I arrived, it was clear they genuinely cared about people. Not only did they fix my tire quickly and professionally—they refused to accept any payment. In all my years, I’ve never encountered such warm-hearted, honest, and selfless people at an auto repair shop.
